CrestlineOps operates RankForge, an SEO lead intelligence product for SEO agencies and consultants.
RankForge helps users create lead searches, review potential SEO opportunities, inspect lead details and export lead data for outreach workflows.
2. Information we collect
We may collect account information such as your email address, authentication user ID, session information and basic workspace settings.
We also collect search inputs you submit, such as niche, business type, city, country and lead search criteria.
When RankForge processes searches, it may collect publicly available business information such as company names, websites, domains, public phone numbers, public email addresses, business locations, website signals, SEO related observations and contact path evidence.
3. How we use information
- To create and manage your account and workspace.
- To run lead searches requested by you.
- To organize, score and display business lead data in your dashboard.

4. Public business data
RankForge is designed to work with business information that is publicly available on websites, search results, business profiles, contact pages and related public sources.
We do not claim that every piece of business information is complete, current or error free.
5. Service providers
The MVP may use third party infrastructure and services such as Supabase for authentication, n8n for workflow automation, Google Sheets for the current data layer, OpenAI for structured analysis, SerpAPI or similar providers for search data and GitHub Pages for hosting.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell your account information.
We may share data with service providers only as needed to operate the product. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the service, users or the public.
7. User responsibility
You are responsible for how you use exported lead data, including compliance with applicable email, telemarketing, privacy, anti spam and outreach laws in your target countries.
RankForge does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that any outreach campaign is compliant or successful.
8. Data retention and security
We may retain account, search, lead, activity and export data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, improve the product, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations or maintain internal records.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures for the MVP stage, including authentication and user scoped data access.
No system is perfectly secure, and you should not submit sensitive personal data that is not needed to use the product.
