These terms are intended for the current MVP and early commercial use. They should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before broad public launch.

1. Service overview

CrestlineOps provides RankForge, an SEO lead intelligence product for SEO agencies and consultants.

The service helps users generate, review, score, organize and export potential SEO sales opportunities.

2. No guarantee of customers or revenue

RankForge does not guarantee that any lead will become a customer, reply to outreach, book a call or generate revenue.

Lead quality, outreach quality, offer fit, follow up, pricing, market timing and sales execution all affect results.

3. Acceptable use

  • You may use the service to research and prioritize business outreach opportunities.
  • You must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harassing or spam activity.
  • You are responsible for complying with email, calling, privacy, anti spam and marketing laws that apply to your outreach.
  • You must not attempt to access another user's account, data, saved lists, searches, exports or leads.

4. Account security

You are responsible for protecting your account login credentials.

You should notify us if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

5. Lead data accuracy

RankForge uses automation and publicly available information to identify and score potential leads.

Data may be incomplete, outdated, duplicated, incorrectly classified or unavailable. You should review leads before outreach.

6. Third party services

The product may rely on third party tools and infrastructure, including authentication, search APIs, AI analysis, workflow automation, hosting and data storage providers.

Availability and performance may depend on those services.

7. Plans, limits and changes

Plans may include lead limits, search limits, export limits or usage restrictions.

During the MVP period, features, limits, pricing and plan names may change as the product improves.

8. Intellectual property

CrestlineOps and RankForge branding, product design, workflows, scoring logic, interfaces and documentation belong to CrestlineOps or its licensors.

You retain responsibility for your own submitted inputs and exported use of lead data.

9. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these terms, creates risk, abuses the system, harms other users or violates applicable law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrestlineOps is not liable for lost revenue, lost profits, failed outreach, inaccurate lead data, business interruption or indirect damages resulting from use of the service.
